GENERAL INFORMATION

Measurement of length of a power shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish new covers of hinges of equal angular speeds on a power shaft.
	2. Apply a thin film hermetic on an interfaced surface of a casing of the hinge.
3. Establish a casing on the internal hinge. Thus combine openings under fastening bolts in a casing and the internal hinge. Temporarily establish in openings bolts.
	4. Using a plastic hammer and striking blows in the sequence shown in drawing, get a casing on the internal hinge.
	5. Establish the internal hinge on a power shaft according to earlier made labels.
	6. Fix it a lock ring.
7. Fill the hinge with greasing.
8. Screw on the internal hinge a driving flange or an intermediate shaft.
9. Establish a protective cover on the hinge of equal angular speeds.
10. Establish the demanded length of a power shaft, then, using a screw-driver, remove air from under a protective cover and fix protective covers collars (see fig. Measurement of length of a power shaft).
