3.11. Camshafts and pushers

3.11.1. Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove covers of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. On the engine 3VZ-FE remove the ignition distributor.
3. On both heads, first of all, act in film distribute the telny shaft operating final valves. Before removal of camshafts it is necessary to combine adjusting labels on gear wheels of camshafts.
4. Using an additional bolt, fix a demountable podpruzhinenny gear wheel to a motionless gear wheel the distributor a foot of the shaft operating final valves.
5. Working in sequence, return shown in drawing, weaken bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of a camshaft on a turn half for each pass before complete unscrewing of bolts.
6. Remove a camshaft operating final valves.
7. Working in sequence, return shown in drawing, weaken bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of the camshaft operating inlet of the valve ми on a half of a turn for each pass to full отвинчи of a vaniye of bolts.
8. Remove covers of bearings of a camshaft and a sealing ring and remove a camshaft from a head of the block of cylinders.
9. Similarly remove and establish camshafts on the left head of the block of cylinders.
10. If it is necessary, remove valve pushers together with adjusting laying from a head of the block of cylinders and store them so that it was possible to establish them on former places.

11. Establish in a vice with soft sponges a camshaft operating final valves.

12. Establish a special natural two pins on the end in two technological openings of a podpruzhinenny gear wheel, turn a gear wheel clockwise and unscrew the additional bolt, fixing a podpruzhinenny gear wheel to a camshaft gear wheel, and smoothly release подпружинен a ny gear wheel.
13. Remove a lock ring of fastening of a podpruzhinenny gear wheel.
14. Remove a spring persistent ring, a gear wheel and a spring ring from a camshaft operating final valves.
