Assembly of the four-cylinder engine should be executed in the following order: – piston rings; – cranked shaft and radical bearings; – pistons and rods; – back sealing ring of a cranked shaft; – balance weight assembly; – head of the block of cylinders and pushers; – camshafts; – gear belt and pulleys; – casings of a gear belt; – oil pump; – oil pallet; – inlet and final collectors; – cover of a head of the block of cylinders; – drive flywheel/plate; – hinged knots. Assembly of the six-cylinder engine should be executed in the following order: – piston rings; – cranked shaft and radical bearings; – pistons and rods; – back cover of a cranked shaft; – oil pump; – oil pallet; – heads of the block of cylinders; – camshafts and pushers; – gear belt and pulleys; – casings of a gear belt; – cover of a head of the block of cylinders; – inlet and final collectors; – drive flywheel/plate; – hinged knots. |
