Coupling is intended for short-term separate an engine and transmission niya at gear shifting and braking and their smooth connection at a troganiye автомоби ля from a place, and also for protection of details of transmission from dynamic loadings.

The torque from a transmission is transferred to wheels through power shafts which consist of two hinges of equal angular speeds and a shaft.

Coupling consists of a disk of coupling, a leading part of coupling with a press disk and the mechanism of switching off of coupling.

The disk of coupling is established between a flywheel and a press disk of coupling and moves on shlitsa of primary shaft of a transmission.

The leading knot of coupling is screwed by bolts on a flywheel. The torque at operation of the engine is transferred from a cranked shaft through a flywheel and a disk of coupling which is clamped between a flywheel and a press disk to primary shaft of a transmission.

To disconnect the engine from a transmission, it is necessary to take away press a disk from a coupling disk. It is reached by use of a hydraulic drive which consists of the main cylinder, the working cylinder of coupling and hoses. The pressing of a pedal of coupling moves the piston in the main cylinder and compresses liquid which on a hose is transferred to the working cylinder. Under pressure the piston of the working cylinder moves and puts in action a fork of switching off of coupling. The fork of switching off of coupling moves press the bearing which influences a spring of a press disk and takes away press a disk from a coupling disk.
