GENERAL INFORMATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a tank. 2. Remove a tank of brake liquid and sealing rings.
 3. Fix the main brake cylinder in a vice and, using the corresponding opravka, press main thing pistons tormozno го the cylinder against the stop and unscrew a lock bolt.
4. Remove a lock ring in an end face of the main brake cylinder.
 5. Take pistons and springs from the case of the main brake cylinder.
6. Wash out all details of the main brake cylinder in brake liquid and check a condition of details. Before установ which details in the main brake cylinder previously grease them with pure brake liquid.
7. Establish pistons with springs in the main brake cylinder, move them against the stop forward and screw up a lock bolt.
8. Establish a new lock ring in a back part of the main brake cylinder.
9. Establish sealing plugs of a tank of brake liquid, a tank and fix a tank the screw.
10. Before installation of the main brake cylinder fill in in it brake liquid and remove air for what fix the main brake cylinder in a vice and close exhaust outlets of the main brake cylinder carving jams.
11. Fill in in a tank pure brake liquid.
12. Unscrew one stopper and, moving the piston in the main brake cylinder, squeeze out from it air.
13. Before an otpuskaniye of the piston screw in into place a carving stopper.
14. Repeat operation on air removal until the opening will not leave only pure brake liquid without air vials. Repeat operation on air removal from the main brake cylinder on the second exhaust outlet.
