1.3.5.5.1. Cleaning of the mesh filter
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew forward bolts of fastening of the oil pallet of a transmission, then weaken back bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.
2. Using a screw-driver, separate the pallet from a case of a transmission and merge the remained oil from a transmission.
3. After the termination oil plum from an automatic transmission unscrew the remained bolts and remove the oil pallet of a transmission.
4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the mesh filter and remove it.
5. Wash out the mesh filter in fresh oil for автоматичес ky transmissions.
6. Establish the mesh filter on a transmission and fix bolts.
7. Clear interfaced surfaces of a case of a transmission and the oil pallet. Note an arrangement of magnets in the oil pallet, remove them and wash up the pallet in solvent and drain it the compressed air. Establish magnets on the oil pallet.
8. Establish the oil pallet with new laying on an automatic transmission and fix it bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment.
