3.12. Head of the block of cylinders

3.12.1. Removal

GENERAL INFORMATION

If a control lamp of a safety cushion it lights up and necessary to burn after repeated connection of the accumulator, it is necessary to address in a specialized workshop for restoration of operability of system.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
3. Remove an air inlet, pipes of supply of fuel and fuel nozzles.
4. Remove a final collector.
5. Remove the generator and the ignition distributor.
6. Remove an inlet collector.
7. Remove a gear belt, pulleys of camshafts and the top single pulley.
8. Remove a back casing of a gear belt.
9. Remove camshafts.
10. Using a 8-millimetric key, unscrew the central bolts (on one in each head).

11. Evenly and gradually in sequence, return shown in drawing, unscrew bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
12. Remove a head of the block of cylinders.
13. Similarly remove the second head of the block of cylinders.
