PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Preventions At existence in a code radio receiver against theft, before a detachment of the accumulator check that you have connection codes. On models since 1993 the system of an airbag of safety is disconnected, if the accumulator is disconnected for long term. If a control lamp of a safety cushion it lights up and necessary to burn after repeated connection of the accumulator, it is necessary to address in a specialized workshop for restoration of operability of system.
2. Merge cooling liquid from a radiator.
	3. On four-cylinder engines remove a water supply branch pipe in the engine from a radiator which is located on the case of the water pump. For access to bolts of fastening of a branch pipe remove the oil filter.
4. On models with V6 engines unscrew a bolt of fastening of a branch pipe of water supply and remove a branch pipe together with a sealing ring (see fig. An arrangement of the thermostat and the water pump on V6 engines 3VZ-FE).
	5. Disconnect electric sockets from a casing of the thermostat and remove a thermostat casing from the engine. For improvement of access to a thermostat casing on the engine 1MZ-FE remove a casing of the air filter and hoses.
6. Remove the thermostat, noting situation in which it was established.
	7. Establish new laying on the thermostat.
8. Establish the thermostat in a casing.
9. Establish a thermostat casing on the block of cylinders and fix bolts.
10. Fill in cooling liquid in system of cooling of the engine.
