2.7.1. Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove the right forward wheel and a protective arch of a wheel.
3. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
4. Unscrew spark plugs and remove driving belts.
5. Remove the generator together with an arm.
6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a tank with liquid of the amplifier of a steering and the executive mechanism cruise control and move them aside.
7. Support the engine a jack through wooden whetstone and remove the right support and draft of a support.
8. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the top casing of a gear belt, move a plait of wires aside and remove the top casing together with laying.
9. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in VMT in a compression step, thus the small opening in a pulley of a camshaft should be combined with well-aimed VMT on a bearing cover.
10. If the gear belt is repeatedly established, note its mutual situation in relation to a pulley of a camshaft and the direction of its rotation. 11. Weaken a bolt of fastening of the top single pulley and remove a spring. If it is necessary to make replacement of a sealing ring of a camshaft or to remove a head of the block of cylinders, shift a gear belt from a camshaft pulley, without removing it from a pulley of a cranked shaft.

12. If the pulley of a camshaft is worn-out or damaged, uncover heads and, holding from a provorachivaniye a camshaft a big wrench, unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a camshaft.
13. Fix a cranked shaft of the engine from a provorachivaniye for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel and unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft. 14. Using a stripper or mount, remove a pulley from a cranked shaft.
15. Remove the bottom casing of a gear belt together with laying and remove a belt from a pulley of a cranked shaft.
16. If the gear belt is repeatedly established, note the mutual provision of a belt and a pulley of a cranked shaft. 17. Remove a gear belt from a pulley of a cranked shaft.
18. If the pulley of a cranked shaft is worn-out or damaged, or bypass мо to replace a forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft, remove a pulley from a cranked shaft.
