GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrangement of laying of a cover of the oil pump and external rotor in the case of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using a screw-driver, take an old sealing ring of a rotor of the oil pump and establish a new sealing ring.

2. Replace a forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft.

3. Establish in a flute of the case of the oil pump consolidation of a cover of the oil pump and an external rotor of the oil pump.

4. Grease a shaft and establish an internal rotor in a cover of the oil pump, then establish a pulley and fix a nut, having tightened it the demanded moment.

5. Establish a cover on the case of the oil pump and fix two long bolts.

6. Grease the piston of a safety valve with pure engine oil and establish all elements of the valve in the case of the oil pump.

7. Establish new laying of the oil pump on the block of cylinders.

8. Establish the oil pump on the block of cylinders and fix bolts.

9. Further installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Fill in in the engine oil to demanded level.
