3.4.2. Engine 1MZ-FE
PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The engine 1MZ-FE has no ignition distributor, and on each spark plug the coil of ignition which copes computer signals is established. For definition of VMT of the piston of the first cylinder in a step of compression remove the ignition coil with a high-voltage wire and unscrew a spark plug.

2. In an opening for a candle screw in a manometer with an adapter.
3. Rotating a cranked shaft of the engine, and watching manometer indications, define the moment when the pressure shown by a manometer will cease to increase. It testifies that the piston of the first cylinder was established in VMT in a compression step.
