GENERAL INFORMATION

Preventions

Do not overwind and do not bend a gear belt. Exclude hit on a gear belt of the oil, cooling liquid or fuel.

If there was a rupture of a gear belt on the working engine, it is possible that there was an impact of pistons about the valve therefore the valve can be погнуты. Check gaps of valves. On pognuty valves klapanny gaps will be much more demanded.


PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove single pulleys and check a condition them подшипни ков. Check a condition of a spring and check a spring dyne in a free condition.

2. If there was a vykrashivaniye of teeths of a gear belt, probably, the ignition distributor, the water pump, the oil pump or a camshaft are jammed.

3. If there is a considerable wear or stratification on an external surface of a gear belt, check a condition of a racetrack of single pulleys.
4. If there is a wear or damage only on one party of a belt, check directing a gear belt and alignment of pulleys of a gear belt.
5. Check the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt on existence of leakages of liquid.
6. Pressing a pusher of the mechanism of a tension, check tightness of the mechanism of a tension and lack of a course of a pusher. If the pusher enters into the tension mechanism, replace the tension mechanism. 7. Check a pusher vystupaniye from the case of the mechanism of a tension. If the vystupaniye of a pusher differs from demanded, replace the tension mechanism.
