PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn a cranked shaft of the engine so that the piston of the first cylinder was established in the top dead point.
2. Establish a balance weight No. 2 shaft in the situation shown in drawing the Starting position of labels of the balance weight No. 2.
3. Establish balance weight assembly on the block of cylinders of the engine and fix bolts, having tightened them in a certain sequence (see fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts of fastening of assembly of the balance weight).
4. As люфт between cranked shaft and shaft of the balance weight No. 1 changes at rotation, measure люфт in four designated provisions (see fig. Provisions in which it is necessary to measure люфт a balance weight No. 1 shaft in relation to a cranked shaft).
5. Turn a cranked shaft of the engine on some turns and establish in situation in which the piston of the first cylinder is in the top dead point. Check that labels on assembly of the balance weight were repeatedly combined.
6. Turn a cranked shaft of the engine clockwise before combination of a label of a shaft of the balance weight No. 1 with the index (see fig. Definition люфта balance weight No. 1 shaft).
7. Establish the indicator of hour type on teeths of a gear wheel of a shaft of the balance weight No. 1 (see fig. Installation of the indicator of hour type for measurement люфта a balance weight shaft). Putting insignificant effort, turn a balance weight No. 1 shaft in the parties and define люфт.
8. Remove the indicator of hour type and turn a cranked shaft of the engine clockwise until the label of D on a shaft of the balance weight No. 1 will not be combined with the index (see fig. The second and fourth situation for measurement люфта a balance weight No. 1 shaft). Establish the indicator of hour type and measure люфт.
9. If the size люфта differs from demanded values, establish laying between assembly of the balance weight and the block of cylinders of the demanded thickness.
