1. Lower a maslootrazhatelny cap in fresh engine oil and establish it on directing plug of the valve. For installation of maslootrazhatelny caps use a special metal opravka. |
| 2. Grease cores of valves with engine oil and insert them on the places. The valve establish on those places where they were ground in. |
| 3. Establish a spring nest. |
| 4. Establish a klapanny spring and a plate of a spring. |

5. The special adaptation compress a klapanny spring and establish crackers in dredging of a core of the valve and grease them. Remove the adaptation for spring compression. Repeat this operation on other valves. |
| 6. With a hammer through wooden whetstone knock on an end face of a core of the valve in order that all elements of the valve were accurately established on the places. |
