Places of measurement of diameter of a sleeve of each cylinder in the top part (And) in the center (In) and at the basis (C)

 


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Visually check the block of cylinders on corrosion existence. Check integrity of a carving in carving openings.
2. Check diameter of cylinders of the engine on wear on step existence in the top part of the cylinder.
3. In the presence of the measuring tool measure diameter of a sleeve of each cylinder in the top part (under a wear step) in the center and at the basis parallel to an axis of a cranked shaft.
4. Then make the same measurements perpendicular to an axis of a cranked shaft and compare them to specifications. Repeat measurement procedure on other sleeves of cylinders.
5. Using a steel ruler and an edge щупа, check planeness of an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders of the engine.
