| 2. Clear a back part of the loose leaf and a place of its installation in the block of cylinders and covers of radical bearings. Establish those loose leaves on the places. |

3. Grease a working surface of the loose leaf with pure engine oil and establish a cranked shaft in the block of cylinders of the engine. |

| 4. Establish persistent half rings. On four-cylinder engines persistent half rings are established about the radical bearing No. 3, and on V6 engines about the radical bearing No. 2. Measure axial люфт a cranked shaft. |
| 5. Grease the bottom loose leaves in covers of radical bearings with pure engine oil and establish covers of radical bearings on the block of cylinders. |

6. Grease a carving of bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings with a thin layer of engine oil and screw up bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment. On the V6 engine 1MZ-FE at first tighten the demanded moment the bottom bolts of fastening, and then lateral bolts of fastening. At installation of bolts it is necessary to use new washers. |
| 7. Check that the cranked shaft rotates smoothly and without jammings. |
| 8. Establish a new back sealing ring of a cranked shaft, then establish a back cover of a cranked shaft on the block of cylinders. |
